*REVIEW* Not A Summer Festival

Major’s music is anthemic pop – timeless songwriting that begins with him and his acoustic guitar. Dom’s breathtakingly gruff and mellow vocal echoes around the tiny wood panelled room incredibly.
The set is a variety of great original tracks by Major and co. finishing off with ‘Happy Now’ – a chilled acoustic track that doesn’t reflect the enmity of its lyrics “don’t tell me that you’re happy now, cause it ain’t what I want to hear”.
Major is certainly talented and it’ll be exciting to see where 2015 takes him. – Elli Brazzill
Massive thank you to Elli Brazzil and the team over at Beyond The Noise for the very kind words 🙂
Also on show that day were my friends Pale Waves and The Orielles who are hitting Manchester with their own take on breathtaking Surf Pop. Its pretty amazing.
You can catch an intimate acoustic set at The Castle Hotel on Wednesday the 18th of February.
Peace.
